INCOMS Mission for Waste Plastic Elimination 

incoms is introducing a mission to eliminate waste plastic which has been emerged to be the largest threat to the environment. to check this DANGER is the most important duty of every human being because he is the creator of this threat and he is responsible to do away it.

certain numbers of solutions have been emerged so far. but most of them ARE NOT PERFECT WHILE EXAMINING FROM VARIOUS ANGLES. 

 

Collection of waste plastic is the main impediment.

Once it is distributed as a product, it will not come back to its origin. It is going to diverse destinations. For example carry bags are going to households. It is thrown away from there. So our first program is to arrest it at the point of end use. 

For this we plan to provide plastic collection bins to households, business houses etc at ratio of 1:10 or so. From there it can be collected and transported to the processing point.

our second step is to convert it to a construction material namely plastic reinforced concrete construction blocks. This may be viewed as an  innovative use of Waste Plastic viz. reinforcement of waste plastic within a concrete block. Here the waste plastic collected from various sources is converted to tiny(1mm) particles using a cross cut Plastic Shredding Machine which is mixed with concrete in a better ratio. A suitable quantity of this mixture is inserted inside an ordinary concrete block at the time of moulding so that it will remain as insulated at all sides in about two inch thickness. The concrete block is reinforced with plastic coated wire mesh so that the plastic mixture will remain firmly at the central part.  The wire mesh will act as a container inside the block. The block has been found to be strong as much as any other brick or block. This may be used as an effective substitute for Hollow Blocks. Blocks manufactured as an experimental model seems to be very successful. Certain plastic experts have shown interest on this technology. Technology can be made available on demand.
